Deepika Padukone channelled her inner Barbie as a part of a collaboration with Adidas and dropped a carousel of pictures in a pink outfit on Sunday. Shortly after DP shared the picture, fans were immediately reminded of Barbie. However, despite all the excitement around Deepika’s outfit, it was her husband, actor Ranveer Singh’s reaction to the post that won the internet.
In the pictures, Deepika slipped into a pink top and matching shorts. She also added charm to her athleisure look with a black cap, white sneakers and socks. Her untied wavy hair and glamorous look with smokey eye-makeup added, even more, charm to the overall look.
Sharing the picture, Deepika captioned the post, “In the moment with Z.N.E.”
Ranveer rushed to the comments section and dropped a red hot emoji face. Meanwhile, a fan wrote, “She's a barbie!” “Barbiecore,” added another. Another fan called her ‘Indian Barbie’ as well.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone got hitched in November 2018 after dating for six long years. They have collaborated in several films including Finding Fanny, Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and 83.
Just recently, several rumours suggested that Deepika-Ranveer’s marriage was strained as the former did not post a birthday wish for her husband Ranveer on his birthday. The actress was also questioned that if she wishes everyone on their birthday and shares it on her social media handle, why didn’t she do it for her husband?
However, Ranveer put an end to all the speculations around the rumours of their troubled marriage to rest by sharing a thankful post for all the wishes by sharing his picture with his wife Deepika Padukone from their intimate vacation.
On the professional front Ranveer gearing up for the release of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani with Alia Bhatt. Meanwhile, Deepika will be seen next in Fighter opposite Hrithik Roshan and KaalChakra with Prabhas.
